At Tag Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
1. Eligibility for Return:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns are not accepted for items that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or alteration.

3. Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved.
