Refund policy

At Tag Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns are not accepted for items that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or alteration.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Email us at tagclothing01@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable).

  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

3. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale.

  • Gift cards and accessories.
